Looking for KOREAN xbox 360, will buy select games as well, plus controllers and adapters and stuff.

I live in Gimhae, close to Busan area, willing to go as far as Ulsan and Masan.

I suggest you invest in a new slim model. The older models are notorious for breaking down.

Also, I got screwed when someone sold me their used xbox and it broke down. If you do buy used take the faceplate off and make sure it hasn't been opened and repaired before. The microsoft sticker should be in place and untampered with. If it has been repaired it will most certainly break down again in a matter of weeks.

Anything made/repaired(officially by Microsoft) since 2008 shouldn't break down, anymore.

I have a launch system that was repaired in mid-2008 that is still working beautifully.

Owen, your machine was probably not 'repaired'. It was probably replaced with at new one by MS or they swapped out the whole mainboard.

If you get it repaired (reballed/fix GPU) by a repair shop it will break down again.

Yeah I just bought a new system for 280,000. It is the slim Xbox 360 4Gb model. She tried to sell me on the 250GB model but I don't need it. I don't download any demos, I never buy games online at the Xbox store, I would never download a film on an Xbox when I could do it for free on a computer. It is a waste of money and you can always upgrade later. I thought it was a great deal considering it is close to impossible to get even a used system in Korea for less than 200,000. Plus the slim runs so much better. It purs like a kitten.

Just buy the new slim 360. They are cheaper and very reliable than the old version. The reason why there are so many used 360 that are being sold here and on craiglist today is that some of the owner of the old version wants to buy a new slim version.

Here is a very cheap xbox 360 slim being sold on gmarket

no need to go out. Just buy it online.

Yes, if you don't intend on downloading/playing pirated copies of games, then the best choice for you IS to buy the new slimmer model of the Xbox360.

I bought the new halo from Tesco hoping the campaign would be in English, not its in Korean and I can't understand it. (Ive only been here for about 2 months.) I need to find an english halo reach, but I will sell my Korean Halo reach. I've played it probably 3 times, like brand new, I'd sell you if you want. And if anyone has an English Halo Reach, I'd probably buy it. [email protected]. I'm in Ulsan.

I guess you can't do this on the new slims. Is that what you're saying.
