Yes you use water in it.. But only fill it up I think once a week.. depending on how long you use it for.. Also you can use it just as a fan without the water..
I will put an album up hopefully today.
I May have a tv.. just have to check if there is a tv where we are moving.. its a really big one though.. 50 inch.. I'll let you know..
