Okay, so the school has promised me a release letter, but they don't want to give it until I am leaving, or a few days before.

Is this going to be a problem? From my understanding a release letter needs to be used before you start a new job and I will start the new job three days after I am released from the old one.

My last day is Dec 10th and my first day at the new job is Dec 13. If they give me the letter on the 9th or something what happens?

Thanks!
