This thread is dedicated to the many fine posters who have graced these forums over the past 13 years or so. To be in the hall of fame (this post) a poster has to be nominated and supported by twenty other posters and reasons given why. It is very simple. The poster nominated and carried will then be placed here with a summary and their finest post.

I nominate JongoGuru. A fine Welsh-American and an excellent poster - may he rest in peace.

I also nominate From The Uk - he is a true eslcafe legend. Took on the man in Korea and won with style.

Tomato certainly deserves to be in the hall of fame. He is the Father Christmas of eslcafe, loves kids, loves his job, loves learning languages and academia. He is a true legend. I always wanted to ask him if he sees himself living in Korea forever - for sure - a worthy nomination. Very Happy

Tompatz (spelling?) gets my nomination because he has the answer to virtually every kind of contract/teaching/visa question out there. We salute you, sir!

TtomPatz - he is the man! Don't ever mistake on him having a stutter - he is just Ttom with two 't's because he said so. The Chuck Norris of eslcafe - no - in fact I bet my man won he could out Chuck Chuck Norris any day of the week. Especially when it comes to contracts.

TtomPatz (Nominated by SteveSteve)

Supported 1: Poker

You are quite right - 20 isn't an outrageous amount of nominations - I'll change the voting system. Wink

Tompatz is by far the most informed, helpful and intelligent poster on these forums. He comes through in the crunch, time and time again...we thought we'd lost him for about a year there, but he came back. The man is a legend and it will be a very sad day for this website when he is gone. If anyone deserves to be at the very top of the Hall of Fame list, it is Tompatz.

Will also support JongnoGuru. RIP
