Has anyone found a good Korean- English dictionary for the itouch? If so, how does it compare to the normal standalone dictionaries that students always have?
I'm trying to get serious about studying and could really use a decent dictionary, but I'm trying not to shell out W200,000 if I don't have to.
Any advice or info would be greatly appreciated. |

Thanks for the reply's.
Just so I'm clear, we are talking about the $16 ipod app, right? I'm not sure why Dedeko would say "Expensive as all heck" about a $16 app considering the expense of the stand alone models.
and @ dudi, what is "installous"?
The only review I can find for the ybm k-E/E-k dictionary says it doesn't have a true E-K dictionary. All of the feedback for these apps seems to be in Korean. |

NEXUS Korean - English to English to Korean dictionary is an EXCELLENT ipod/iphone app. It's about ~$30.
It has everything that a $400 book has in it. |

No way you want to use installous to download it since it is about 600mb. Download it through filetube and use a program like i-FunBox to transfer it to your device. The program is called -
YBM English Korean English Dictionary
It is the best app I've found for translation |

I prefer 'Prime' Eng-Kor dictionary. Also available for free.
It also has a 'flashcard' element that makes it awesome.
Best of all, it has an audio feature so you can practice the 'hard-to-pronounce' words.
Also, I second the above recommendation for i-funbox. |

You just go to the apps store on your unit, search for the app, and the price will say "free". Click on it, input your password and it will install. |

I use 김PD. (It only comes up if you put the hangeul in for the Gim/Kim). It works for what I need it for. |
