I remember hearing that 1st timers have to do an interview at their home consulate to get their visa.
Would it be different if I've been in Korea previously? Could I come to Korea first, find a job, then do a visa run to Fukuoka like old times? |

2 IFs:
IF you have previously held an E2
AND
you have NO blackmark in your immigration file then YES (provided you have your documents in hand; Copy of your degree with apostille (originals no longer accepted) and CBC with apostille).
If yes AND yes then you can.
If no OR no, then you cannot. |
