It received 11% on Rotten Tomatoes. They're saying it's so bad it's good (in a campy sort of way). If you like making fun of really bad movies then go see it, if you're actually looking for something good/entertaining don't even bother.
Battle: Los Angeles (March 2011) looks epic. Save your money for that:

| I pirated it and even I'm upset about the time and bandwidth it cost me to get it. Save yourself the trouble and just flush some chun won down the drain. |
