My local butchers don't seem to have them. Where's a good place to find some nice cuts of lamb? I have a hankering to make a lamb stew, or maybe chops with gochujang marinade... |

in itaewon, foreign markets near the mosque all sell frozen lamb (ground lamb, stew meat), i've seen a halal butcher shop that might have more selection but i've never been inside to find out |

That stuff in the halal butcher shops is frozen old mutton. I bought it once.
really fatty and gross. I'm sure it would be OK in a curry but I wouldn't want to eat it with mint sauce. |
