Roommate Wanted (check out the photos at the bottom):
CONDITIONS:
- 550,000won rent per month plus 1/2 utilities.
- Available date to move in: end of December. Old roommate is moving home. Am looking for a minimum commitment of 6 months to a year.
- 1 mill key money up front.
3rd floor Villa with lots of natural sunlight, just 2 minutes up the street from Kobawoo/Orange Tree.
The kind landlord lives on the floor below and is a great guy.
INTERIOR:
3 bedroom apt, with a nice balcony and huge rooftop with private access only. Fully furnished. Big kitchen, 4 burner stove/oven, water cooler, 2 fridges, air conditioning, sofas, cable TV & sound system, large, western style bathroom with bathtub and shower, brand new LG washing/dryer machine (rare in Korea), almost everything you need in a place to stay.
EXTERIOR:
Nice balcony with lots of plants and a couch to relax on. A huge rooftop with lots of plants as well and also have a big tent for summer events on the roof. Also have a gate to get into the place so it adds to privacy and safety.
LOCATION:
The area we live in is clean and quiet. It is 10 min walk to Noksapyeong station, 5 min to multiple busstops, 1 min walk to convenience stores,
Looking for non smokers who are clean, easy going and pay rent on time.
I also have 2 kittens so I hope you like animals.

so you saying that place is worth 1.100 a month IN HBC? LOL
dude either you want the new guy to pay 80% of the rent, or you are seriously being taken by your Korean landlord!
3 rooms? so basically you want to live rent free? niceeer!  |

Your ad is misleading then. Any reasonable reader who reads " rent is 550k per month plus half utilities" would believe that their share of the rent is 550K. |

I think that's what he means...Our place is a million won per month in HBC. It has 3 bedrooms, a balcony, oven, etc. 1.1 million for 3 rooms seems about right, depending on the key money that was put down originally.
Prices have gone up in HBC over the last 2-3 years. |
