I've seen frozen ones in the small shop in the basement of the Volvo building in Hannamdong. Haven't seen fresh ones in a long, long time.

I bought a 2lb bag of frozen brussel sprouts from the froeigner supermarket behind the fire station in Itaewon last summer. God - they were DELICIOUS!
