| Words are as free as the air, and a ten-dollar chunk of wood will motivate folks much less than the $10 would -- money is what motivates EVERY worker to work -- that is why EVERY worker works. Some may have ADDITIONAL motivators, but as a prime, cash is indeed king.... |

| hookers and weed would be a good incentive, maybe some of those package tours to pattaya that the koreans seem to love would also be nice, seems to work for the korean men |

You are absolutely right -- "comp time" would be a fantastic motivator! I honestly didn't think of it, with the attitude at many schools about taking time off.... |
