Why is the Police in a Korea-U.S. Joint Training?
On March 26, the police guard the Korea-U.S. joint training at Pohang, Kyungbuk, from the protests of The Union of Korea College Students.

Is this realistic training? Are they training to fight North Koreans, South Korean students or both? I guess the soldiers appreciate the "protection." |

Because in recent months more and more students desparate to get media attention have been trying to storm the outlaying military training bases which generally have light security. If they do get in there, complete with cameras, and they show U.S. military holding them down as they should, it will get played up in pictures as the students being victims of America's wrath. |

Can't they find anything more worthwhile to protest? |
