250 cc Hyosung Motorcycle for sale. I have a new job in another country so I must sell the bike something I must admit to regretting for its a great machine.

This bike is in better than excellent condition and its very clean and shiny. It is in much better condition then when I purchased it about 1.5 years ago for I am quite picky about keeping my transport in proper condition.

A piston bushing failed about 6 months ago; hence the engine was rebuilt: new pistons, rings, timing chain, camshaft were installed. A new cylinder head was installed too for the failed piston bushing caused a microfracture. The engine has about 5000km on it since the rebuild.

I also replaced 4th gear about 4 months ago for it was a bit scratchy; hence the transmission was taken apart, inspected and rebuilt.

A new shock was added at the same time as the transmission repair.

2 months ago I replaced the chain and the front and rear sprockets.

A new battery was put in at the start of the spring.

My mechanic inspected the brakes and said the pads and shoes are fine.

Two days ago I replaced the rear tire, the air and oil filters and got an oil change.

The bike is wired to take a gps navigation system (for I used this bike for long distance camping trips); if you want to see all of Korea this bike will do just fine; and I can help you with getting a gps and all the maps of Korea as well; I use a Magellan Triton gps (see http://catalog.ebay.com/Magellan-Triton-400-GPS-Receiver-/66195356?_fifpts=1&_pcatid=43&_trksid=p3286.c0.m271).

Extra super bright flashing LEDS are mounted on the back for better visibility at night.

The tachymetre bounces when at idle sometimes; but when driving at speed it works as usual.

The gas gauge works and its pretty accurate.

There is a rear rack attached that can take a large backpack.

I also have the papers; but I never registered the bike.

The bike is located here:

http://maps.google.ca/maps?hl=en&q=36.772997%2C%20126.936693&um=1&ie=UTF-8&sa=N&tab=wl

I also have two helmets for sale.

Moving from Korea is a rather spontaneous plan that came to be during the last week so the bike was treated under the assumption that I would be remaining; there is no way I would sell this if I was not leaving. I will be leaving in about a week.

If interested drop an email and I will give you my cell number to arrange a viewing.

You can likely find a cheaper 250 but, like I did, you will likely need to make many substantive repairs (whereas I have done this for you already); so, this bike is not I think unreasonably priced; there should be no need for anything to be done save drive for a long time.

I would be content with 1 500 000 won given its way above average condition for a used 250.

Front tire:

Its older than the rear; but is still sufficient.

Bike is still for sale; I am out of the country now but my friends can show the bike and take the cash. Also willing to negotiate the price now that I am out of Korea and have no plan to be coming back...

Thanks

Hi there, I live down the road from you in Baebang-Eup. I'm very interested, but have only got a million in the transport fund now. I could however, give you this million won tomorrow!

You would be getting one sweet deal for that amount...

The bike is in shin-chang. Let me know if you want to see it and I will set something up.

I am out of the country and have been for a while so the bike has not been ridden for a while and it will need a wash, maybe a battery charge too.
