I'll admit... that IS a very classy coat. Would I have my dog wear it? For a variety of reasons.
1. I do not believe that my dog should have a riding coat before I do.
2. My dog's clothes should not cost more than mine.
3. My dog doesn't need a coat.
If my dog was one of those ones not built for winter, then yeah, I would buy him a little sweater to keep him warm. But seeing as he's the type who is built for the winter, he needs no coat. If anyting, he needs something to keep him cool. |

I wouldn't buy Ralph Lauren, but I definitely approve of animals in clothes (so long as they are comfortable).
I gotta admit, I go full retard for cute animal pictures/videos. |

I can just picture that dog up on a horse with reins in mouth with that coat on. Or if you just put a blanket on the horses bum he could sit behind you as you wear a matching jacket. Tee Hee
My dog is not made for winter and thus wears very understated jackets/sweaters. The dog we are fostering at the moment is an Italian Greyhound and is a little sweet girl and I can see the temptation to dress her up more elaborately but am going to resist.
How hard is it to bring over your pooch? Is the flight over too hard on them? I have been racking my brains trying to figure out how to make him my service dog (I am able bodied ) so that he can ride with me up top. He is 32 pounds so not small enough to fit in one of those small pet suitcases. Anyone got any shrinking powder...lol |

I once had a real 6 legged 3 tailed dog that only had 4 legs and one tail .
Very rare indeed. |

Okay, if my dog would chew it, I'd totally get him the Headless Horseman and Croc outfits. |

Not one of those dogs looked happy.
It really could be considered a form of animal abuse.
Putting a dog in a way-too-small-and way-too-tight outfit. |

I like the riding coat, but I don't believe in buying designer clothes for pets or children. I rarely buth that sort of thing for myself. |

I would bet my next paycheck that all the posters who responded to this thread are GIRLS.
No dog should have to wear any of that stuff.
A better option would be a North Face Jacket. Then at least the dog would look halfway cool. |

Rich, single women in desperate need of a child so they dress up some poor animal as a substitute. Hello? dogs already have fur to protect them from the elements. Accessorizing animals isn't cool, it's a stupid waste of money. |

My brother has a beautiful boxer and he lives in Ohio. I'm looking forward to the photos of my brother, the dog, and my new nephew all decked out in Buckeye gear for the big game this weekend.
Sweaters, dogs, babies, and sports...is the combo manly enough for you? |
