My hair has gotten really frizzy and nappy since ive been here for 6 months. I think its the change in diet and climate. Anyone know how to fix it other then actually shaving the head?
Only helpful (non asshole-like) responses please |

Your best bet is to look online for a non-frizzy spray or cream for your hair. My hair's pretty long and gets frizzy in the Asian summer, I just put a bit of this cheap 'hair relaxing' cream from back home in it and it stays silky smooth and frizz-free after that.

I use Smooth-Infusion by Aveda but any silicone based product would work such as a light weight hair wax.

There are a bunch of Toni and Guy salons here and they have a fab protein spray in their Label M line. I use it and LOVE it. Try it out!

You should get a "magic straight" perm. Just like a western perm makes your hair curly, a magic straight makes it straight permanently (until the new growth comes in) You can just wash and go, you won't need any products. And it stays straight in all weather.
