The North Korean attack is on an island off the west coast of South Korea, west of Seoul and Incheon. I don't think there are any schools on that island. It would be a fishing village. |

Probably no native speaker English teachers there, as the island---and the tiny combined school with 121 total students in pre-, elementary, middle, and high schools---was mentioned as one of several rural schools in Incheon that teaches English by teleconferencing with teachers from Wyoming, USA. |
