Hi. As you can tell from the title of the thread, i need to know what documents and processes I need to go through to renew my visa in Korea. I am resigning with the same company. Help is much appreciated...

There are a couple "IFs".
IF you have already submitted a copy of your degree with the apostille (not used the original for the visa application)
and
IF you supplied your CRC with apostille
THEN you need:
passport
ARC
new contract (with end date clearly indicated)
company/school letter of guarantee (sponsorship)
company/school business registration
application
30k won.
IF you used your original degree you will need to get a legalized copy for submission as well.
I assume that you already provided the (national) background check with apostille since you are from the UK.
Drag the documents down to the local immigration office.
Submit them with your application and fee.
(remember to tick the box at the top of the application for the re-entry permit - it is free for UK citizens and saves you the trip later)
It takes about 30 minutes to process the application.
They will update your computer file.
They will update your ARC.
If you applied for re-entry they will add that to your passport.
They will send you on your way with your passport and ARC in hand.
