the first CRB/CRC I sent was an enhanced one, and they are computer generated and so do not have a stamp or a signature. However I went to the notary public who notorised it and the FCO apostilled it.
Korean immigration think the CRB is a copy and not the origional.
My CRC expired on the 13th of November anway and i should be getting my Discloure Scotland this week.
But does Korean immigration think that my CRB enhanced is a copy because it does not have a stamp or signature by the depaertment that issued it?
Do most people use dDscloure Scotland for thier CRC's and have they ever encountered any such problems?

Jesus....Elliot, you just cant seem to catch a break darling.
As for the disclosure scotland I used mine, stamped and signed by a public notary and then Apostilled by the FCO, without any problem. |

yeah
i've had 2 great GEPIK schools fall through, third time lucky?
I'm hoping to receive my signed and stamped Disclousure Scotland tomorrow and then i'll send it off to Milton Keynes for apostilisation.
should i send it by recorded deliver to MK you think?
Fingers crossed South Korea should have it by the end of next week.
I'm just hoping that the school waits for my new CRB and doesn't replace me like the first school did when they were told I couldn't get my E2 number.
litebear did you not ask Disclosure Scotland to stamp and sign it for you? |

You confused them by sending an enhanced disclosure. Probably the individual immigration officer is not used to that.
Next time just send a basic. Thats what they're used to. |

IIRC I got a basic disclosure, but I needed to ask them to have it signed by someone in Disclosure Scotland, then send it off to be apostatized in MK. |

the recruiter accidentally typed my name into the e-mail address, but she was referring to somebody else who is American and had the FBI check done. Our names are very similiar so it was just a mistake
I was starting to think that Korean Immigration were determined not to let me in |
