Why are there 3 daily flights on Asiana Air from Seoul to Angeles City in the Philippines?
Why would anyone go to Angeles City in the Philippines ? |

Korea has many ajosshis that go on 'golfing' trips.
In all seriousness, there is that, as well as landing fees and that in Clark airport are cheap. |

Yeah, to be fair I've flown into and out of Angeles, as that's where Air Asia flies into because it's cheap. |

The sex industry is there, but is NOT the only reason for Koreans to go to Angeles (that's like saying a foreigner moves near Yongsan station for the red-light district). Families are going there in groups, and in addition to the golf and mountain, numerous Koreans (including ajummas) have set up stores there.
The area around Clark Airport is also a free trade zone, so there are more reasons to go to Angeles other than sex. |
