Hi everyone. Please help me work out a couple vacations for Feb 2nd - Feb 6th and Feb 18th - March1st.

I want to try out some new places. I've done China and Japan pretty thoroughly, Thailand, Hong Kong, Taipei, Macau, and Boracay.

5 DAY
*I haven't been to Jeju Island. Would that be reasonable for the 5 day? Would it be completely dead?
*I'd consider China again, but then I'd have to shell out the money for the visa.
*Japan again
*Was considering Cebu as well, never been.

Any other suggestions?

12 DAY
Considering doing either:
*Cambodia
*Chang Mai and slow boating to Laos
*Yunnan Province China

I'm curious about Indonesia, but I don't know much about it.

I really have no idea. Please help. I want to see some new things. I don't want to hang out at the beach the entire time. I'll probably be traveling solo for the 12 day tripper.

1. Don't do Cebu. Do Bohol, near Cebu. Alternatively, Bantayan. If you want a beach, that's your cheapest. If you want a city, do Hong Kong or Kuala Lumpur.

2. 12 days is enough to get diving crtified (if you want that sort of thing) and enjoy some other things. If you want that, Philippines and Thailand are the best.

If you want some sort of cool adventure, try Borneo. You can land in Kota Kinabalu and then move on to the jungles of Borneo, starting in Malaysia and heading into Indonesia.
