I ordered the new Assassin's Creed game and it's been 10 days. I'm afraid customs, for the 6 zillionth time, might have grabbed it. Has anyone had trouble with this before when ordering from Play-Asia?

i would try giving customs a call, most likely they have it. the last 2 times that happened to me and i had to give them my passport number.

just curious did you do the free shipping or fed ex? both times i selected fed ex and customs pulled it.

I'm confused. What justification was given? Items under, I believe $100, or the Korean equivalent are exempt from duty.

i didn't have to pay anything extra for duties since it was only one game. customs basically wanted to know my passport number and then they told me they had to open the package. they said they only search about 20% of mail that comes through so i guess i'm either really unlucky or they are full of B.S.

but fed ex was really cool about the situation, they paid to have some expedited delivery guy come to my home at like 8 or 9pm on a saturday once it cleared customs.

Customs will hold it and call for confirmation regardless of cost. It is coming from Hong Kong. they did it to me on a 50 dollar purchase

Ah. I'm having my co-teacher help me call. There was no # on my package. Dumb.
