Maybe already mentioned but I've got some really good FREE stuff on Tech Give a Way of the Day http://www.giveawayoftheday.com/ Paid stuff that for a 24hour window is free as long as you install in that time period.

Don't know if this was already posted, but for those still using XP, check out Driver Heaven's TuneXP 1.5.

It comes with documentation absolutely ANYONE could understand. And it will boost your system performance dramatically.
