Just playing Devil's advocate here regarding your airfare, but look at this from your Wonjangnim's point of view.
The advice the other posters gave about trying to collectively renegotiate your contract is all well and good and it might actually work.
But if you were the hagwon director would you change a contract for someone to give them an additional benefit (airfare) that was never written in the original contract in the last month of employment?
It's not really likely is it?
As for the legal standpoint here, I'm sure you're aware your possible legal arguments are tenuous at best. Both the possible arguments: "implied airfare clause" and "recruiter as agent of hagwon" arguments are weak at best when compared to the explicit terms of your written contract, especially if everything else in your written contract is listed explicitly.
Seriously, I'd be more worried about your severance and your last month's pay.
Devote your energy on planning how to get the stuff that is actually in the contract.
All the experienced posters will tell you that the warning signs are there that you might be in for a struggle to get those. |

If they withdrew accomodation and only paid 1.8 they'd probably still get a flood of applicants.. due to the recession. |
