| So Frigo hair is now closed. Anyone know where I can get decent blonde highlights (non stripy or yellow) here. maybe near Camp Walker... Anywhere really- I don't mind paying extra for them to not screw up my hair. Thanks!!! |

Iam guessing they are going to be screwing up regardless. If your able
to, just pull the highlights through yourself. That way, if YOU screw up on
your own hair, then it's really no biggie and it didn't cost YOU as much as
it could have if someone else did it. EB |

| Well I'm really not comfortable doing my own hair. Also no one uses caps (pull through) to do highlights anymore-it's all foils now, well if you go to any half decent hair place anyway. I think it might be Toni and Guy then. Anyone been to the one in Ulsan it's nearer than Seoul...or again anyone been to Camp walker area. They must have some blonde soldiers/wives. Also what it costs me is not a major concern-it's my hair so I kind of have to see it everyday. Thanks again! |
