The final is on Dec. 1 and Dec. 8 (the 2nd and 9th over here). Does anyone know where I can watch it? Maybe a Latin American bar in Itaewon? Is there any way I can order it pay-per-view or something? I'm willing to go to great lengths to see it. I know it can be found on illegal streams online, but the quality always sucks and football/soccer is a sport that you want to watch in good quality.

You could ask the people in the Paraguayan restaurant in Itaewon if you're around there. They might even have the games on there or at least know of somewhere.

You'll probably have to persuade a bar to air the game live via atdhe.net or something. South American soccer is quite low on the popularity totem pole in Korea.
