Yes, I created a Nateon account all by myself.

This is going to help with my 헌팅 online.

I've tried this with the foreigner account creation page and the thing will not accept my name at all. I've entered it exactly like on my ARC. And then every other possible combination of first last and middle name. It rejects the name every time...

Did you type using all caps and no spaces?

It works with spaces, but it has to be all caps - the site specifically asks for that. Nate, Hanmail and Cyworld all work for foreigners if you use IE and follow the directions. Good luck!

It took my about two hours because I did it myself without any Korean's help.
Yes, you have to use Internet Explorer and enter your name in all caps exactly as your ID Card, LASTFIRSTMIDDLE.

then they send you a SMS with a pin number and after entering the pin number they email you a code and then after you enter the code you can set up an account. Its insane and all about Marketing to you.

I chose only Nate. I don't need Cyworld.
