How much is the raise?
How much time will you be out of the school as opposed to now.
Come on man, give some details.

I never have entire days of no teaching, unless it's a school festival or something. When I have no lesson planning to do during down time, I just screw around on the internet. I should bring in my Korean textbook and study.

I would take the raise.

I work at a public school, so my class time usually ends at 2pm... 2.5 - 3 hours every day of literal desk warming comes with this job. Oh to be free from the chains of the 보건실/office Razz

If they are only offering the standard 100,00 won a month (in lieu of no deskwarming) then you are being offered nothing.

The 100,000 won is an industry standard - and you should get it if you re-sign for another year. Sounds like someone's trying to pull a fast one.

Good luck.
