|
|
Hello everyone!
Since I started experimenting with ACROYOGA with my girlfriend, we have become pretty hooked on it! I sent an email out into cyberspace a while ago to the owners of www.acroyoga.org and someone has just gotten back to me!
The email was asking if they had a trainer who would be keen to come to Korea and give a workshop on how to do acro yoga. I truly recommend checking out some of their videos on their website. Not only is it a super fun workout, its an amazing spiritual connection with your partner as well as a heck of a workout!
So basically a woman trainer - I have her full details - has agreed to come to Korea in early January to give a training seminar in Seoul! Right now I am just seeing who is interested to gauge participation levels and then we can move forward to booking a venue!
Please pass this message on to ANYONE you know who is into this sort of thing. I hope to see lots of interest, it is an incredibly worthwhile and fun sport!
Any questions or comments please get back to me! Also, please send me a message if you are interested in participating.
(I dont have any prices yet, but I will get them to you soon!!) |

you absolutely do not need one! This is an open workshop for everyone! We will definitely have other singles that come in even if not, we will still mix partners up!
If you are interested we definitely have space for you! |

That's what this is about right now: figuring out interest. If we have a big enough showing of interest, the trainer will come to Korea. |

3K EURO for a teacher trainer in Greece? DAMN!
How much will the cost be? |

It looks like fun but I'm not as flexible as I used to be and I'm a little uncomfortable with chanting. How much of these things are required? |

Thingscomearound: No cost for the course yet! Still in the beginnings of confirming a workshop here. Trust me, Im working on getting bottom dollar on this one.
Illysook: Don't worry about flexbility too much, this is a learning workshop, not a "who can stretch farther" gig. It will be an incredibly supportive and well rounded group coming out, there is no competition here! Definitely no chanting.. |
