| ProNails behind the Hamilton Hotel in Itaewon. They're all really nice and they speak English. I believe I paid about 19,000 for getting my brows and upper lip done. The prices may have changed a little as it has been a few weeks since I was there last. However, they do wax just about everything. ^^ |
