Last year, a friend of mine got a 5% tax refund on all things he had purchased with his debit card. His employer gave him some forms to fill out, and he got the money back. I'm leaving soon and hoping that such a thing still exists. Does anyone know about this, or where I would look for these forms? Thanks!
