| I was told Koh Tao for diving but not for anything more. Am heading there and Koh Samui after a few days in Bangkok. Found cheap round-trip ticket for 11 days in February. I was also told to stay away from Pattaya, Phuket and Phi Phi, only because I want to stay away from the party atmosphere. |

I didn't even get a party atmosphere feel in Pattaya. It's the only place I've been where sex was the biggest seller. |

i heard. and have seen friend's pics. but i considered that part of the party atmosphere. but now i know..just in case i run into some issues. thanks for the looking out! |

| I went to Pattaya back in 2000 or so. I stayed one night (alone) and never felt the need to go back. |
