I'm going to spend my holiday in Seoul. Does anyone know of any events, plays, concerts, etc. going on the 23rd-25th of December!

There are many things happening in Seoul during those days, and other days, too.

Don't forget that Korean museums and historical sites are open on holidays, and that includes places like the 63 Building and Seoul Tower which are open 365 days a year.
