My favorite quote from Memoirs of a Geisha. Kinda sums up my time in Korea.

And then another year, and another. Nothing. Rice work. Rice work. Nothing.

More to life than *what*. You two actually just work and eat rice? What about sleep? How do you cope without it?

There's hardly enough nutrition in rice to sustain you, no wonder you are complaining. Actually there was some genetically modified rice designed to have shite loads of vitamins and all sorts packed in, to help feed africans for a low cost. Are you eating this stuff? That's pretty selfish, you should save it for those who need it and actually spend more money on food, you don't need to be so frugal.

I'm also starting another year around that time... or about April, actually. I want to hang around and be lazy for a couple of months with my wad of cash I've earned (which is actually going on debt but w/e). Point being I'm really looking forward to getting the laziness over with and coming back to no breaks and 2 hours of holiday a year. Really can't wait (not sarcasm)
