I think Dave's should put out an iPhone app for this site. It's a pain in the ass to browse it through safari trying to increase the size of the screen and then scroll back and forth. Who's with me??????

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA

Okay, now that that's out of my system, I will agree. I think it's a good idea. However, this forum isn't exactly on the cutting edge, in case you haven't noticed. Laughing I don't think we can expect a mobile app any time soon. Laughing

Yeah, it's a pain to browse on the iPhone. Perhaps a different style sheet could be loaded from a 3rd party site which formats the forum for the iPhone...

Yeah, that is pretty funny.

I think we'll see it around the same time ol' Dave decides to update the layout of this site. I believe it has never been updated and is the same as it was back in 2002.

Folks, the registration for the site asks you for you ICQ number. We're talking mid 90's vintage - not 2002.

Yeah, I still remember my ICQ number actually. The last time I used it was back in 1999. Around 2000 no one was using ICQ anymore. Most people had switched over to MSN.

Dave's needs a major revamp, even if that means deleting all the old/current threads. I know this will never happen because Dave is just coasting and laughing all the way to the bank.

Just compare this site to the Japanese job site: "Gaijinpot." Considering this site probably has ten times more traffic than that site, it's a little embarrassing.

You are so far off the mark it's unreal? Deleting old threads? Do you burn old dictionaries too? More traffic equals more ESL teachers+Larger foreign community, not the flashyness of a website...

Daves works fine, plus it works fine on android too, a breeze to navigate!

It works fine, when it's working. I can't get on to the site 30% of the time. The search feature is broken for all intents and purposes which means a lot of repeat threads.

Maybe the old threads should be preserved some how but you can't deny that this site needs a major overhaul.
