If a BA over-qualifies you for the job, you're applying for the wrong job. |

| You're rightly proud that you have a degree, so there's no point misrepresenting yourself, it will just lead to dissapointment for both sides. I can't imagine any job that actually wants you to submit a resume deliberately not hiring you because you have a degree, especially in a place where people with BAs are a dime a dozen. And besides, what would you tell people you've been doing for the time you were in school and in Korea? Jail? |

| Trust me, they are right. Just take it off and say you worked as a peace corps volunteer in Korea. Lie a little, everyone else does it. It's not like you're going to list these temp jobs on your resume in the future, it's a filler position right? |
You are actually advising someone to lie and say that they don't have a degree? Huh? Once you have a degree why would you lie and say you don't? Foolish advice. |

EXACTLY. You earned your degree, now use it to get a REAL job. |

Um, name one job that a BA in anything qualifies you for outside of the military and teaching in Asia... |

The BA itself doesn't qualify you for anything. It's what your BA was in that tells employers what you are qualified to do. |

| Korean immigration requires native english teachers to have a bachelor's degree to teach in Korea...............So is your bachelor's relevant to what you are seeking in Korea? Most definately, so put it on the resume. If you don't, they might think you don't have one and chuck it. |
