What do you earn per month on purely a BA? (no past experience, no teaching certificate, no ESL certificate).

Well, at least you're honest. Laughing

I'd say about 2,300,000 won per month for a hagwon.

1,800,000 ~ 2,100,000 won for SMOE or EPIK (public school programs).

Your accommodation will be provided. If you don't want to take it, you might be able to arrange a housing allowance instead (which is what I'd recommend, personally).

You *might* get other things like airfare, bonuses, etc. on contract completion but many employers will fire you in the 11th month to avoid paying you these things. This is illegal. However, many teachers simply give up and leave when that happens -- would you be willing to launch a legal battle to get these things?
