Look for one of those little stationary stores where they sell school supplies, stickers and toys in your neighborhood. They usually have a fax machine and it's pretty cheap to send something out.
edit to say that I'm not sure they will do international faxes. |

| Define "cheap." Faxes here, even local ones, cost an arm and a leg compared to the US. Still, if you HAVE to do it, it's not terrible, but still, I'd opt for scanning and email instead. |
