| did you look at that link? I've only been in Korea a little over a year, have-middling-at-best-korean, but if I took the government's "social integration course" I'd be two points shy of qualifying. |

You really need to improve your sources of information.
The cycle of stupid and even smart changes to E-2 visa and other visas changes is about 2 years here. So heres a big hint every 2 years expect something to have changed - big. The status quo does not really operate here. Even if you got in once does not expect next time to be completely safe.
