It's a photo so follow the link to view it. It looks like NK missles have the range to take out Seoul and some other cities.

Would be interesting to see the range of their conventional artillery and not just the self-propelled type. I assume the majority of their artillery is more traditional cannons.

Towed artillery range = self propelled artillery range.
A 155mm cannon that is towed behind a truck has the same range as a 155mm cannon riding on a tank chassis.
