Mine was the Pogo Ball. I've made a little site with some sweet videos and stuff dedicated to it.

I had a lot of favorite toys, especially GI Joes. The little 3 3/4 inch figures and the different military vehicles that went with them. The older ones with a more realistic themes were the best.
I also used to have a cap gun that looked like a snub-nose .38. I took it to school and I got my friend to grab a younger kid, then I told the kid to eat lead and shot at him. The kid thought that the gun was real and ran off and told the principal. The principal told me to apologize to the kid and explain that it wasn't a real gun, which I did. I then showed the kid how the gun worked and let him play with it. If that happened today, the police would have ended up coming to the school and they would have made the rest of the kids watch propaganda videos. This was in 1992 or 1993, not even that long ago. |

Lego... definitely Lego, especially all the Castle and Pirates sets. I was obsessed back in the day. I even went on a trip to Legoland in Denmark with my mum and little brother.
This is shameful, but I still buy the occasional set from time to time. |

I'd have to say my train sets. My dad would take me to the bait and train shop (strange combo, I thought) after my Saturday piano lesson, though only if I'd been really good that week (so usually only once or twice a month ) and I'd pick out something new for my model town. I had a few different trains, and one of them had cowboys who pointed their guns out at a certain part of the track. I also had the freight train and log loader. My mom painted the styrafoam mountains, and we worked together to paint trees. I had a lot of fun with it.
Then I got a Nintendo. |

Transformers. I had tons of them. My mom kept them for years for when I had kids. Sadly, on their last move to their new house, one of the movers stole all of them. |

I'm not sure if it was the movers or if my parents lost them, but a huge box of my Thundercats figures and vehicles went missing in the same way. It still pains me to this day to think about that great loss. |

Lego for me too. I liked Castle, Space and Technical Lego the most. I believe Lego is one of the strongest influences for me to become an engineer. While I don't play with Lego any more, I am looking forward to having children so I can legitimize playing with Lego again. |

Transformers, Dinoriders, GI Joe and He-Man. My parents always bought all the cheapest ones though. So I never got Optimus, the T-Rex, the Cobra HISS, or the Castle Greyskull, though I desperately wanted them all. |
