Hi! I'm moving out of my officetel apartment in Sinchon and am looking for someone to move in who'll buy all my furniture from me.

The building is about a 30-second walk to Sinchon station (Line #2), and the apartment is on the 10th floor. It's quite spacious and has amazing views of Yeouido, the 63 Building, the Han River, and Sinchon's bright lights at night.

The place comes with all essential furniture (refrigerator, air conditioner, desk, sofa, washer WITH dryer, etc.) and I'm willing to sell all of the furniture I've bought (bed, mattress, glass coffee table, office chair, dining table, two dining chairs, microwave) for very cheap - maybe around 250,000 for everything? This is the perfect setup for someone without furniture who's looking to move into a place and avoid the hassle of furniture shopping.

The place requires a 10 million won deposit and is 800,000 won per month. It's available January 10th.
