this is a question for bodybuilders here

what is good for test boosters and fat burners that you can buy here.

The selections a little different than back home.

You'll get ripped off big time in Korea. Any vitamins or supplements tend to be overpriced.

they've banned all the good stuff, because some fatsos overused the product and or overexerted themselves while on it and died of heart attacks.

of course lawsuits and idiot lawmakers trying to look good banning the stuff followed very quickly.

I'm talking about the like of Xenadrine and other ephedra/ephedrine based products.

the rest of the stuff is frankly ripoff garbage that doesn't particularly work.

thank you for your help.

You have been very informative.

Let's assume I can
a. deal with the price and the fact that I am in Korea
b. Deal with the fact that some people think the stuff being sold here is useless or not worth my money.

Any recommendations by another individual that is ok with prices, and has bought product?

I am not looking for comments from individuals would do not bother with buying sups here. Unless of course they can offer me an answer to my question.

the most honest answer is no, you can't get anything worthwhile in Korea (because those products aren't produced anymore, period)

if you can get an ephedra, ephedrine based product (yohimbe root plus ephedra) on a doctor's prescription or some other black market way, then that's your answer.

Otherwise, you're blowing your money on something that isn't/won't be particularly effective.

Sorry if the truth hurts, but that doesn't make it any less true.

p.s. there's some other stuff that works, but pretty much falls into the "steroid" category.

or try some of THESE:

Thank you for your input.

You have been very helpful.

I would be interested in hearing what other people had to say.

Hey.

not sure if you edited your post or I just missed the P.S.

In terms of 'steroid' category. You're talking about the pro-hormone / newly created steroid alts that I've seen on some of the sites?

The only thing I have against that would be not being able to find a good PCT. Lets assume it does work, then my test gets knocked down the drain after. I'm not gonna go find someone with Clomid on the street. So I'd have to settle for the PCT they sell online. Which I'm not too sure about.

hence why I've started this thread, to ask peoples thoughts on: Fat burners, test boosters, prohormones... and I guess now, PCTs.

I'm currently using OxELITE PRO,which is one of the top, if not the top, rated fat burners on bodybuilding.com.

Almost done my bottle, but thought I'd ask before I bought another one.

and your results have been?

(probably not superb, since you're asking about it again)

you can get almost anything available in America here (at a markup).

i used Xenadrine back in the day.. I used to literally feel that stuff.

every single gym rat or trainer I've ever talked to in a gym will admit that nothing that is legally sold today as a "fatburner" is even remotely as effective as the ephedra stacks used to be.

every year they roll out something they market as better than Xenadrine used to be, or the best ever.. or blah blah blah.

and it's all lies.

I don't remember the name of the quasi steroid stuff I mentioned.

Could be all lies. I never used xenadrine. never even heard of it. Mind you, I don't tend to keep a list of all the products I've used.

no it wasn't any of the names you mentioned. I'll look into it and get back to you if I get it.

do u think the weight loss would've been similar had you just stuck to your diet (I assume you are on one)?

Well I do know I have lots of energy from it. Good uppers. increased body temperature. and decent sweat.

I have had better. But it's still pretty decent.

As for the weight I've lost being attributed to diet. That's pretty impossible to tell. I could in theory stick to my diet and not take the pills and see if my weekly rate changes. I'm dropping more than the recommended 2lbs per week, so I'd say that's a pretty good rate.

I do know that with out it I probably would have been too lazy to actually work out some days.

well without trying it without the pill you'll never know whether it's merely the "placebo effect" at work (which can be useful in itself, just as in your example of motivating you to work out , I suspect most "supplements" are merely placebo effects btw)

re rate.. all depends at which stage of weight loss you are and how much water weight it is (in beginning stages, tends to be mostly water weight and it drops faster/fastest)
