Anyone see Korean subtitles for the Elf movie? With Will Ferrell? Figured they may find that semi-humorous |

I diont know if they have elf, but my students use this place to watch all their movies:
baykoreans.com
(wont hyperlink it). Its in the menu on the left side of the screen that says yeong hwa - 영화 . Its a little treasure trove of movies all with korean subs you can just stream away... um, which is of course copyright theft, but since i assume you already have the US copy of elf and alas need one that plays on region whatever this one is, then youre just... actually that wont help you either |

3k won and you can buy the DVD (Korean or English audio and Korea/English subs) outside the seon-in plaza at Yongsan during the week and the ground level of the terminal building on the weekends.

I don't live in Seoul Pretty sure I found the subtitles anyway, downloading the movie and it should all work. I just hate downloading subtitles and movie separately. Last time I did this they didn't sync up too well. |

Where did you find the subtitles? I've been looking all week and couldn't find them for this movie? |

I just did a google for Elf Korean subtitles. Unfortuneately they aren't syncing up with my download. Anyone know how to start the subtitles sooner?
EDIT: Nevermind, G and H in VLC for emergency resyncs heh. Though I can't read Korean, but I can guestimate

km player is really really good for editing your subs on the fly, it also covers most formats. |

What? I did that like a million times! Oh well, this way it's more of an English lesson! Just so you know, the kids think it funny even without the subtitles in case you can't get them to sync up. |

You can find subtitle files for a wide variety of video files on GOM's website:
http://gom.gomtv.com/jmdb/
Even if you don't find the subtitle file for the exact video file you have, you can rename the subtitle file to match the filename of the video. In many cases, the syncing will still be pretty good and GOMPlayer has the facility to adjust--just ask one of your students. |

Where do you find the time to show a whole movie? |

It's after Finals, how can you not have time?
Problem with syncing is it seems to change. I have to change the delay by 3000 ms in the beginning, but then it gets off by like 15000 ms later. That doesnt really make sense |
