Anybody seen any? I'm wanting to make a sweet potato or pumpkin pie for Christmas.

I know people complain when folks here say do it yourself, but pie crust is easy enough to make that you'll most likely spend less time making a crust (about an hour) than you would running around to assorted foreign food markets trying to find a frozen crust.

True! I had cheesecake recently that had a crust made from crushed Digest brand cookies. I was amazed. Thought for sure it was graham cracker crust. Add cinnamon, sugar and butter, viola!
