I did the bag thing for a while, but because I'm left handed in some respects, it was just awkward to get to the other side.
Hasn't blocked once since I got here.

Though I was curious to see it block and over flow massively and then I could laugh, knowing that it doesn't matter because the floor is just showerable with no consequence.

in public restrooms I flush the really dirty first wipe from #2 paper in the toilet and throw the rest in the can. At my house we flush and it hasn't been an issue yet.

The plumbing in Korea isn't that bad as long as you aren't throwing in 4-5 wads of paper at a time. I don't see how people can stand to just put it in a garbage can to rot away.

If the toilet can move my 5-7" gift without any problems then by letting the cistern recharge it always gets rid of the aper too, easy.

Flush.
Leaving it in a waste basket is nasty; smelly, flies, roaches, etc.

if it's a western toilet, then the plumbing is wide enough to handle the paper. If it's a squat hole in the ground, then you should be putting your paper in the wastecan. I hate the squat things although if I only have to do #1 it's a don't-care

Who the hell doesn't flush their poo paper? No one ever told me not to. I don't have ant more problems clogging the toilet in Korea than I did back home. I probably use my plunger once or twice a year.

I stick it on the wall to dry out and use again later. Anyone who doesn't do this is wasting paper. Think of the environment.

why stop there? use your hand instead.

that reminds me of a funny story. my friend told me a story of when he was in korea once and pooped in a public place. there was no toilet paper and he was panicking. he thought "maybe i can use my underwear" but he realized that would be only a good two or 3 wipes, not enough.

so what he did, he dug through the wastebasket and tore off/folded other people's poop paper and used that instead

LOLLLLLLLLL makes me lol everytime

Wouldn't it have been better for him to use his hand? I mean... if hes going to dig through other peoples s*** and probably get it on his hands he might as well go all the way. I'd rather have my own s*** on my hand instead of someone elses.
