After leaving Korea, does your school pay your remaining utility bills using your 900,000 won deposit?

Also, I have home Internet service. I pay the bill myself every month. How do I make sure I have my last bill paid off before leaving Korea? (Do I have to request account cancellation 30 days in advance?)
