I just don't quite understand GEPIK....They're cutting back budgets for next year, eliminating positions. In my area I know of 4 teachers who will not be re-signed in March because their school was told they would not have the money to do so by the office of ed.

Yet, there are new teachers rolling into my area on new contracts....during winterbreak. So, why does a 60 student body school have the money to employ an English teacher, but a school of 500 students is unable to re-sign their current teacher?

I do feel for the 4 who wanted to re-sign, but unable to. Four years and I'm done. March can not come any faster. I wanted one of the four to replace me but one of the darn teachers at my school has a gyopo niece that she just so convinced the P to hired.

ah, clueless newbie over experienced teachers. Family first, no?

Happy new years! It's 5pm. I'm out the door. Almost done with this nonsense deskwarming....
