JET = going downhill, will become extinct before 2020
ADEC = no girls, no alcohol, no pork, no porn for two years. Can you handle that?
EPIK = still a good choice in my opinion. |

Some have no problems with JET or EPIK while others get screwed over royally.
Same with working for someone back home....could have a decent boss/supervisor or the one from hell. |

But in the process, they will find they need native speakers. It will be an ongoing struggle. |

I'd agree with you on that but I was told that you could drink in Abu Dhabi but not Saudi Arabia. Also, I heard there were lots of hot girls in the night clubs there. Also, Japan does have plenty of bars and drinking there.
I never heard anything about it being phased out. |

To teach in Abu Dhabi - you need to be a certified teacher. You would have been far better putting up the Malaysia government's advertisement for English teacher's in which you don't have to be a certified teacher.
I would work in Abu Dhabi but then I am a married man and a non-drinker. |

Actually I don't really that organization very much. In fact, if you did go that route it would be better to contact ADEC directly.
I wasn't aware that you had to be a certified teacher. I think though if you got 5,000 a month with free housing that would be so bad. Maybe you could save though more money in Japan or Asia. |
