|
|
I just bought a new ps3 and I'm looking for a proper TV to play it on. I don't want to break the bank, but I would like a great gaming experience at a not too terribly expensive price. I'm also going to use it for cable tv...etc.
Any suggestions? |

Go second hand? At that size perhaps you want the full 1080P goodness for bluray playback too? |

The first two are dinosaurs, 480P not even half of 1080P resolution...
The third one you need someone with better Korean skills to translate as you'll only get that price if you sign up to some Phone/IPTV contract too, thats the LG Uplus part of the advert. Although yes it is a 1080P LCD
this link (points 9-10) explain my thoughts on 1080P:

My old TV was a 42" Panasonic Plasma, a true thing of beauty, it was only 720P but we sat about 2 metres from the screen, you'd never know the difference! You have to decide what you home setup is like really? |

Basically I just need it for gaming and movies. Big screen and clarity! |

Stretch your budget to 1,000,000 and you will have a lot more options with a lot more happy endings.
500,000 is a miserable budget for a TV. |
