Perhaps a vibrating toothbrush would suffice.

I've done them in the past, so know how effective they are for me.

If anyone would like to be helpful, and not a useless 4-letter word, I'd appreciate it.

Whatever, if you can't afford "colonics" (aka expensive enema) in Thailand, you should save what little money you do have for something more important.

What do you consider 'important'...

For you, importance might be getting a new car to take your kid to school. For me, importance might be buying a particularly large turnip, or getting my arse cleaned out.

Don't try to force your social norms onto people.

I just got back from 2 weeks in Vietnam. I can't afford Thailand because I don't have the vacation time (2 weeks for winter, 2 weeks for summer) and don't want to pay 2 thousand dollars for flights and accommodation for something I used to pay 150 bucks for at home.

You've been very helpful, though.

Well in that case, I would recommend the turnip.

18 days, so 9 in summer and 9 in winter, but my school lets me take an extra day for each term in return for doing some after school work during camp time.

Sooo Sorry for not getting back to you last week... Just came back from the Snowboarding hahaha
Anyway, my friend has got back to me with the details, here is it!

anyway a foreign teacher wants to clean his colon, right?

my department is digestive disease center, so many people and patients take colonoscopy and sigmoidscopy in our department.

dose he have any problems such as constipation or diarrhea something like this....

because we don't do colonoscopy for cleaning. but people can take it for general check-up.

on averrage, sigmiodscopy which check only some part of colon, is under 30000won and colonscopy is under 50000won.

if he wants to take those kind of examination he should see a doctor first.

so i think if he just want to clean his colon he just need to do enema with some fluid which can buy at the drugstore.

but if he has any problems he should see a doctor. our hospital opens from Monday to Saturday.

if he needs to have more info plz let me know.

i'm not sure this email helps you or not.

my english is getting worse.....Sad haha~
contact number: 621-6561
The nurse speaks English

anyway if you have any questions dont hesitate~!

see you soon.

Hope that helps guys!

Colonoscopy and colonic are very different things.

Colonoscopy- An established standard medical procedure which is an inspection of the colon. It is used for things such as checking for colon cancer. It involves sticking a camera up your butt.

Colonic- A bunch of nonsensical new-age garbage that doesn't work, but is claimed to clean your colon. It involves shooting water up your butt.

It feels lovely, and you feel much lighter after. It's great when you are starting a new diet. Say what you want, I've had it done and felt amazing after.

I wouldn't know <<shrugs>>

Still, my personal trainer recommended it, I tried it, and felt amazing. And I didn't turn out addicted. I've done it twice in 10 years.

Either way, I'll probably just wait and to to Thailand in the summer, or do it when I visit home next. I'm on Atkins, so will probably want to wait until I'm done with it anyway.

How does one's colon get dirty in the first place? You realize it's smooth and lined with a bit of mucus, right? It's not an English muffin. There's no nooks and crannies.
